Dominated by a massive palm tree, this San Luis Obispo, CA backyard filled with flagstone-look concrete was far from functional. With a carefully crafted design in place, the Landwell team created an incredible outdoor living space complete with an ipe and leathered granite outdoor kitchen and bar, outdoor dining area (with a table custom built by the client), solid roof patio cover over lounge seating (with fireplace, built-in bench seating, outdoor TV, heaters, a fan and can lights), a hot tub, low-voltage landscape lighting and string lights, Belgard pavers throughout, Mediterranean climate/succulent planting areas, boulders, and black lava rock mulch.
